Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia

Short Shorts Film Festival (formerly known as the American Short Shorts Film Festival) was established in Harajuku, Tokyo in 1999, with an aim to introduce Japanese audiences to the world of short films. The Festival organizes national tours around Japan, gathering more than 150,000 people in the audience. In addition to these national tours, the Short Shorts Film Festival (SSFF) has toured in LA, Singapore, Myanmar, and Mexico establishing itself as a unique, Japanese-born film festival showcased worldwide.
