The Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival, the first of it's kind to be held in a resort-like environment of Hokkaido, is a film festival not only about the movies but also about the delightful foods of Hokkaido, skiing and snowboarding.

The Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival is a film festival open both to the professionals and future filmmakers. Films selected carefully are screened in the course of the festival and the best works are awarded the Grand Prix and Special Jury Prize.
